Can I add more pages to an order? How can I do it?
You are free to add more pages to your paper by making an additional order in your personal account. Go to the My Orders section and you will see all the necessary details. If you cannot do it on your own, don`t hesitate to let our support representatives know about it.
Can I find out that the writer was found?
Yes, the personal ID of your assistant will appear in your order details (check the line Writer).
Can I order a draft of my paper?
Sure, you can add a draft service to your order, which will enable you to receive a draft after 50% of the deadline. Pay attention that this service requires additional payment.
How can I ask for a revision?
Of course, you can have your paper revised within a free-revision deadline (from 48 hours to 30 days depending on the length of your paper). To receive a revision, you should go to My Orders – Completed Orders. Then, you will need to find the order that should be revised and send clear comments to your writer. Make sure to choose the correct revision deadline as well.
Can I change my e-mail (phone number, password) somehow?
Yes, you can do these changes by logging in to your personal account and clicking on the Edit Profile tab. Do not forget to save the newly made changes.
Will it take long to assign a writer to my order?

I want to request a revision but there is no free revision deadline. How should I proceed?
